Join KCFW fashionFIT and Jet Athletics co-founder and Kansas City local Gigi Ferrante for a 45-minute Take Off Sculpt class on Saturday, March 16th at 11 am.

Take Off Sculpt is a 45-minute, full-body strength workout infused with cardio conditioning to

prep you for running to your connecting flight, or down your favorite sandy beach.

Class Itinerary

10:45 am - 11:00 am: Pre-boarding begins. Doors open and allow for time to find your seat (a

space for your mat).

11:00 am - 11:45 am: Prepare for take off. Flight 0316 final destination KCFW departs as Gigi

Ferrante leads you through a 45-minute full-body workout.

11:45 am - 12:30 pm: Landed. Use this time to chat with your fellow passengers about how sore

your quads are.

Packing reminders: Please remember to bring your mat for class.
