Noelle has been a professional model for more than 20 years. She is currently represented by agencies in Kansas City, St Louis, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Nashville. She has walked in Paris Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week, New York Fashion Week, Omaha Fashion Week, and in multiple seasons of Kansas City Fashion Week. In addition to modeling, Noelle has worked in marketing and advertising for the NFL Houston Texans, Union Station Kansas City, and for American Century Investments. Originally from Houston, Texas, she became a Kansas Citian in 2003. For fun, Noelle and her husband own the premier Kansas City cocktail lounge, The Monarch Bar.

In addition to being the Model Director for Kansas City Fashion Week, she is also the Director of Model Development for Kansas City Fashion Council. Motivated to help local talent refine and hone their skills, Noelle founded The Model Board in 2018 to offer model coaching and development, as well as networking opportunities. She loves to help others shine brightly and realize their potential.
